Yeah, Gailey seems to understand that it's a quarterback's league. I don't understand some people's fascination with RBs. It's always been a QB's league (at least since the merger), and is becoming more so.
I just worry that Herm will **** up the progress Gailey is making. He needs to be team preacher, and NOTHING else.
