Knowing we are still going south and there isnt much promise in coaching for all these young talented players is really depressing... Which Herms lack of talent evaluation, we really wont know until we get a solid NFL coach to show us what we really have.
Actually all you can do it sit back and watch this team show you the fruit of Herms labor. Its sad and pathetic to say the least...
Oh well there is always life without Herm and it cant come soon enough...

Dude, the bar I go to to watch the games said that my cursing has gone way down since Herm has left. (and the Jets were successful, remember?) so it's not just me and you.
