Drama explained in a earlier episode that TV actors only work part of the year, then the rest they do absolutely nothing. He tapes his shows that they do in a few months and after that, he's done until the next season.
Vinnie was stressed and he blew up. One thing we have never seen is Vince actually get mad and show emotion like this. I sure in the hell never expected him to slam and break the phone like that. It was honestly shocking to me. i liked that angle. it showed he did care. Before that, he was like whatever happens happens.
