I never said it was the responsiblity of college football and its fans to fix broken local economies, I just figure that it would be much more appreciated and more beneficial to those most in need. And I'd think the towns you listed above get more than enough tourist dollars to stay afloat. If those economies are struggling, I suggest trying to lure industry.
