Boil noodles according to directions, drain and place in a 9 X 13 glass pan. Mix eggs, sugar, cream cheese, evaporated milk, milk and vanilla. Scatter raisins over noodles (optional). Pour liquid mixture over noodles. Sprinkle with cinnamon powder. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bring kugel to room temperature and then bake uncovered for 1 hour @ 350 degrees.
I thought the whole point of the kugel was to make sure it wasn't as floopy an' sloppy as a noo-.......OOOOOooooooooh...
