Yeah, I've heard people complain about Time Warner in KC, but I never had any problems with them and they're great compared to Cox in Omaha. I was already paying $20 more a month for basic cable (without Versus for hockey or ESPN Classic, and I got both with TWC) and the internet (same download/upload speed, but even after setting up about 20 spam filters I still got a few a day after getting ZERO with TWC over two years), and then they bumped it up $8 more so I canceled both. Plus I got more spam mail than I ever got from TWC... 'save $60 a year by getting a land line!'. It's not 1984, I'm not getting a land line. If you want to save me $60 a year, just give me the $60 and

.
I never used their customer service, except to cancel (which was fine), but the gouging and lack of decent bundling was ridiculous.
