Don't ask a man to date you IF you lose weight... good lord girl. If he likes who you are and he isn't completely shallow it shouldn't matter. You made yourself out to be not good enough as you are from the start that way. You put yourself in a "please accept me after I change for you" position. Thats bullshit. You have to know you're worth having for him to see it.
And any guy that won't date you because of your hair color....... you don't want.
