Middle name, maternal grandpa
Real original, considering they are each seperately two of the most common names on earth, as is my surname.
Have a buddy, whose family tradition going back 100s of years is to name the firstborn male with the father's middle name first, middle name from his first name, so they alternate though generations.
ie, John James, father of James John, father of John James, only a tad more esoteric.
