Losing Pioli is a big blow, but if forced to choose between BB and SP, I'll take BB.
It's espeically unfortunate that Dimitroff, who would have replaced SP, left to go to Atlanta last year. The hope is that Caserio can step into SP's shoes and do well.
The Patriots have the most cohesive front office / coaching group in the NFL, and hopefully that is maintained at a consistently high level.
