Certainly. Lebron James could possibly make it in the NFL, nobody knows for sure. People say he was one of the best WR out of Ohio if he chose to play in college. Yeah, so what? Do you know how many awesome athletes come out of high school going to Oklahoma, USC, LSU, etc and still don't get into the league?
To say that LBJ would dominate in the NFL is ludicrous. You cannot know for sure, and he plays basketball without pads. Some people seem to think if you are really athletic you would play basketball, and not football. While that may be true, not everybody can get the acquired skill to be good at basketball. I can tell you this, the most athletic guys at my high school were football players, and not basketball players. They tried to play basketball but just couldn't hit shots or didn't have the fundamentals. In football you can get away with your sheer athletic talent for a long time, in basketball you see countless nonathletic dudes playing D1 hoops though.
