my hands are full, this way dinner is ready when the wife gets home and the 10 yr old is done with her home work, and the twins awake from thier second nap. just so you know, take bout 8oz bbq sauce, some balsamic viniger, dry mustard, paprika, a pouch of onion soup, some brown sugar, i put a sh*t ton of minced garlic, add a little worcester sauce, salt, pepper, salt the meat and brown it real good. put it in the crock pot for bout 6 hours, and you have delicious BBQ ribs, with half the work.
