never worked as a server, but I agree... 15% means they did their job... 20% means you appreciated it... anything less and they either sucked or maybe you shouldn't be going out to a bar or restaurant....
btw... in most other countries that "don't tip" the servers get paid a HELL of a lot more than here in the states...
