So, here's my overall look at this. The only two defensive guys we hired were both 4-3 guys. Clancy ran the 4-3 under Denny Greene by choice, and then Wiz made him switch. Gibbs also ran the 4-3. But I think we're all overlooking one important part of the report.

This would tell me that none of the hires are for coordinators. This means that Gailey probably stays at OC, and we hire a DC.
Unless we use Krumrie as our DC.... I'd ****ing jump ship then though.
