Whether you want to compare Cassel's first year with Brady's first year, or compare Brady with a great cast and Cassel with a great cast, Brady comes out miles-and-miles ahead. You're right. Cassel's a failure. Stafford's a failure, so is Sanchez. We shouldn't even acquire a QB because he won't be Tom Brady. The horror.
That's the beauty of this. All these people who've been saying we MUST acquire a QB because that's what winning teams do, and making fun of everyone who was "afraid" of taking a calculated risk on a QB are now the ones "afraid" because the QB we took a risk on is not the one they propped up for the last several months.
The irony is fantastic.
