Well I stopped playing online a year ago or so and only play at casinos...I'd play 5/10 limit, 10/20 limit, and 300 max NL...
What you described is 5/10 limit...10/20 is a much better game and having some of those idiots at the table can be really profitable. I've won $1000 in an hour playing 10/20...the action is way better and the rake doesn't kill you like it does in 5/10...the rake in 5/10 is outrageous but it's a relaxing game...300 NL always has one or two maniacs that make a play every hand and it is super stressful (at least for me)...
