You know, this is all real simple.
The coach lets you know what he expects.
He lets you know when you ain't cutting it.
He cuts your behind and sends you out the door because he wasted enough time with you.
He made it known he wants hard workers, smart workers and players that do what you ask them to do.
That is simple to me.
