I was on You Tube not long ago and found a really nice selection of concert cuts of SD from a 2006 show in Charlotte, NC. When I did a search I found this website, Stellar Productions in Nashville, link below;

They are selling a professionally made DVD copy of Steely Dan Live in Charlotte for $12. In fact I then spent a couple of hours checking out the website and it appears they have hundreds of bootleg live DVD's for sale, I don't know how they are getting away with it. Some of them you can go back to You Tube and check out the quality, but so far I haven't made any purchases. Many are audience produced shows, some are from Japanese laser, I know the Grand Funk Live 1974 is one those, and some are professional shows from TV around the world.
