Yes, it's a date, and a fun one at that.
Start with the .22. Perfect way to start, and she should be able to attain a decent level of accuracy. That's important; she needs some positive reinforcement in order to enjoy shooting.
I recommend then moving her up to the .380; it's small enough to still be comfortable in her hand, has a little bit more kick, and it's fun.
At that point, let her decide if she wants to move up to something larger.
Just take her to dinner; don't give her the option. Nothing fancy, since you'll both be wearing casual clothes to shoot in.
