You forget that the same people (actually their previous generation) beat back well armed Iraqis with "human waves" and chants of Allahu Akbar. I'm not saying that will happen, but if this thing goes on another week or so I wouldn't be surprised if some of the very "security" forces turn around to their side. Or maybe factions in the Army.
