start with multigrain bread... I use a 12 grain...
Olive Oil Mayo
Mustard
Chipotle Tabasco on Mayo and Mustard sides... smush together
Open... put 2 1-inch thick chunks of tomato..
slice up 1/2 an avocado
slice up some red onion.
add some lettuce
optional : your fave slice of cheese. Mine is the Pepper Jack.
It is purely delicious and it has ZERO animal proteins... unless you add cheese.
