I wouldn't say I'm terrified.
The feeling is that hitting on a chick in public, one with whom I have never previously conversed, is rather creepy. It just doesn't feel right to me.
Now if the lady attempts to strike up a conversation, certainly I will not clam up.
But cold opening? Not my style.
