Cutler was never really a team leader. Other than being the QB and the leadership duties that job requires. I don't think they've really had one in the past few yrs. Maybe Champ is supposed to be one but unless you follow Denver religiously you wouldn't know by the media outside of Denver. It used to be guys like Al Wilson, Sharpe, Mike Anderson ect. Guy's who'd been there for a few years. But their roster is turning over almost as fast as the Chiefs. Maybe no one wants to own the team this year.
