Denver lost their chance to set an example on Cutler. It's easy for me to say when I'm just another guy behind a keyboard, but McDaniels should have taken care of Marshall at the first sign of trouble.
Get him off the field, have him talk to Pat, then Keyshawn Johnson his ass. Denver holds all the cards, but they are acting like they don't have anything. When Marshall realizes that he might lose an entire years of income and exposure, he will have to shape up.
Besides, Denver's season is already a disaster. Why not reverse the trend by setting an example, and get their train going the right direction? Marshall would improve them from 2-5 wins to 3-6 wins this season anyway.
