That is what concerns me the most. Who has been really successful as both HC and OC recently? The only name that comes to mind for me is Holmgren, and he was a SB OC twice before being hired by Seattle. Haley had an embarrassing treasure of talent to work with on the 2008 Cards offense and will have substantially less with the '09 Chiefs.
