IMO, its probably going to take a somewhat egomaniacal, pushy, impatient, hotheaded, blunt, arrogant, SON.OF.A.BITCH...to DEMAND excellence in everything his team does, from guys who get a Kings Ransom to play a game. He's just the man for the job of washing nearly a half century of stink off this place if you ask me.

And of course Pioli will be upstairs 'tightening the window' of the Head Coach & every other player & employee...creating the competitive atmosphere that breeds competitive teams.
