I love Kansas City. It has numerous flaws, but there is a certain Kansas City-ness about it that I love. Baltimore has numerous flaws, too, but remains a unique American city. (As far as The Wire goes, that could have been about KC or New Orleans or Cleveland or most any American city. Its specifically set in Bawlmer, but the show is about the American city in general).
As a writer, I find myself writing most often about place. If there is something that I like about a place, I will defend it. And there are likable things about Baltimore.
That said, the poster KyleProBoller is not one of those things.
