Well, like I said, that is only my hypothesis based on things I am reading. I could be way wrong too. I will probably hold off on movies for a while just to be safe.

to be honest, I have gotten bored of blu ray anyway. As nice as the picture is, I still don't think it is worth the extra money over DVD. I haven't picked up a new BD in months.
