Quaker Wheat Germ plant in Manhattan, KS in August. Basically it's a giant warehouse with a 30 foot long 10 foot diameter oven. You dump three kinds of 100lb bags of wheat germ into a hopper that's up on a platform just below the ceiling. To keep the hopper full you dump a bag every 30 seconds or less which means you have to pick it up off the pallet, carry it about 10 feet, put it beside the hopper, cut it open, then pick it up at almost arm's length to dump it in.
Hot as hell, dust in the air all day, and one 30 minute break for lunch. I lasted a couple of days before I decided it was better being broke.
