I agree not that the Head Coaches are completely exonerated, but Carl by far had the bigger hand in it. They let that awsome line get old and never addressed it properly. We are still struggling with it today.
The real sad thing is that while they let the O-line deteriorate they spent tons of money and draft picks on the defense. And the Defense still sucks. The last few years the HMFIC have really screwed the pooch on talent evalutation and selection. It will take a long time to get this team competitive it is that devoid of talent.
