More accurately I think, he is open to revise anything he's ever said at anytime in postscript, and this never constitutes inconsistency.
Changing the meaning of what he said, moving the goalposts... he does it so much that it's almost useless to ever try to go back and show where he's contradicted himself because those statements are all "expired" now.
