Hell Rogers held his own on the ground just on size and strength alone...Lesnar has that plus world class wrestling.
Just looking at objectively...I think it would be a helluva fight and an extremely intriguing style matchup.

Exactly. Fedor has had trouble with guys like Brock..and I stress LIKE Brock, because there has never been an athlete in MMA that has the combination of size/strength/speed/wrestling skill that he has.
I think Fedor could rock Brock standing, no doubt, but Brock would instinctively shoot and I can't see Fedor stopping it. Brock showed against Mir some solid technical top control and Mir is bigger and arguably more skilled on the bottom.
If the fight ever happens, Brock probably opens as an underdog, but I'd put my money on him.
