Damn, you didn't get tazered??? I thought that was S.O.P. these days.

Last year my mom had the same thing happen. Only she was in downtown Billings on a scooter. Someone had robbed a bank and used a scooter to get away. Wrong place, wrong time, wrong vehicle.
