I have to wonder what someone from the east or west coast thinks when they see one Midwestern resident saying another Midwestern state is full of hicks and white trash. Sorry folks, there isn't really much of a difference between Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and all rest except a few mid-sized metropolitan areas. Anyone saying Lawrence, Columbia, or Lincoln is full of hicks and white trash is just ignorant.
