is fantastic for your neck of the woods this time of year. I predicted an Indian Summer out west for this year, and so far it's holding.
In the winter of 2004, as I was filling up my work vehicle with the other guys on the complex, it was about 10 degrees with a stiff wind blowing. I had lived in KC since the winter of 87, and I turned to the guys and said, "I think this is going to be my last winter in Missouri".
And lo and behold, it was.
I miss home at times, especially in the fall, but I don't miss that weather one damned bit.
