Garcia Bronco's comments about scheduling makes me wonder when Utah/Michigan last year was originally scheduled, because the opposite took place... Utah wanted a decent OOC opponent, but Michigan sucked.
According to Boise State, that tried to schedule tougher non-conference games and had ZERO TAKERS.
