This sounds more like a person who is totally scared of any type of relationship/commitment and who has probably been hurt or cheated on before so now is a member of the "he-man woman haters" club. Cheating and being unfaithful is NOT an accident, it's a decision. So is STAYING faithful, it doesnt happen by accident either.
