There is more than enough money in Toronto to build a state of the art NFL stadium on private money.

The NFL wouldn't resemble Leaf games. The NFL doesn't allow for "stuffed-shirts" with people pissing in any corner they can find (like at Bills Games)

The only reason Toronto doessn't have a frachise is because of the Neilson Ratings. Do you think the NFL would rather go out of the continent to expand. That would be retarted.
L.A. is the only city that might get a franchise before Toronto.
Toronto Is a bigger market than Atlanta. I think that would raise a few eyebrows in the NFL F.O.
