The video said the pic was taken by a flight attendant so they could take it to the front of the plane to show the rest of the crew what they were dealing with so they could resolve the issue... and they moved at least one person in that row so he could use two (or three) seats. I doubt they would ever be allowed to take off with a passenger taking up the aisle like that...
