This team isn't winning a SB this year and that's fine... it's baby steps and they continue to show improvement. The team has their issues at times, but there are definitely a number of positive pieces to build upon.
Some people just need to realize you have your elite few QBs in the NFL... another 3-4 in the 2nd tier and then another 7-10 guys fighting it out in that third tier. The guys in that 3rd tier don't suck.

I wasn't really knocking Orton. Cassel played well last season. He had some weapons. Same as Orton this season. Put Orton on the Chiefs and you'd see a completely different QB...
