Good point. I'm not saying keep it mysterious... just initially.

At which point Chieffaneleventy is excited and sinks or swims himself to winning the job, i/e website, references, pricing info, contact info, etc.
I'm just saying have a screen door that someone can knock or shout into to get your attention, rather than leaving it wide open to where anyone can walk in.
But if someone is comfortable going balls out, why not? If its not an issue for them, then it isn't an issue.
