But with that being said, the dude made his own bed. And he didn't just say it once or twice, it was multiple times. If it was a one time, drunken thing, I might agree. People say things drunk that they wouldn't normally say, especially when it comes to bets. But the dude made it VERY clear that he was betting for an IP ban.
In that case, a win is a win and a loss is a loss.
