I know that, in 2004, I sat in a class with 30 other freshmen and was told of a story about a 19 year old guy at ISU who was convicted of rape for having consensual sex with a drunk girl who played the card that she was too drunk to consent even though she did consent and felt she was raped...and he was sentenced to 10 years.
I know that the article you quoted 1) is from England and 2) states what might be illegal in the future...
