My concern too. But if the chiefs grade him high, pull the trigger. I don't mind giving cassel another offseason, but he hasn't proven enough to guarantee his job.

I don't think itd be pioli admitting a mistake. Its just insurance. It would still be cassels job to lose. If cassel does well, you trade clausen for picks.
