I think Hali could feasibly be a 10-12 sack guy, and whatever his stat rankings were, I think it's fair to say he's not the sole glaring reason the Chiefs could not consistently stop the run. Would you want him to do a better job in that role? Of course... Can he? Who knows. Maybe if the level of collective suck in the run game is less, some of the individual suck will abate as well.
