A good system of checks and balances. I wasn't sure I liked the idea of hiring what some might call retreads but I've really warmed up to Weis the more I look at who he is and what he offers. Crennel eh...O.k. As much as Whitlock sees potential for problems between Haley and Weis I can see a chance for a great offense. If they really click togther as HC and OC the sky is the limit.
