No, it's not legal. But no problems with payouts either. They send you a check from an "internet service provider" and instruct you to tell your bank that if asked, although I never have been asked. Of course I haven't tried to put a 5k check in there either. I have done one for over 2k though, and a few over a grand, and there were no issues at all.
