I am holding out hope that he will learn from his ways and become a better coach. His demeanor changed over the course of the season which tells me he is not afraid of admitting he was wrong which coaches in general rarely do.
Having that quality means he can get better. It's not a gurantee he will but he can. Ever think herm was going to get better? Nope because herm was like most coaches stubborn enough to do the same things over and over.
