What did they **** up big time?

They doubled the amount of wins of the previous regime, fired Slappy, got rid of team cancer and Pampers spokesperson Larry, and they weren't Herm and Carl - who left this team completely devoid of talent, desire and a disgruntled, apathetic fan base. And Haley, true to his word, hires a offensive coordinator after only a single season of him calling the plays - a guy who most people consider to be a very good OC that would transition from Haley's offensive mindset seamlessly. Then they hire a guy who was directly involved in five winning Super Bowl teams (teams with excellent defenses) as defensive coordinator.

They didn't have a good draft, but it was a shortened transition year. They got a 2nd round pick for Tony, who was going to walk anyway (when all Carl could get was a 4th the previous year), they got a 5th (!!!!!!!!!!!) for Pickpen, and from what I hear, they actually began teaching these guys some football fundamentals.

And this is all in less than a year.

I don't think they ****ed up anything. In fact, this is the most positive I've been about the Chiefs in a long time.
