Every top 10 QB picked in this league in the last 20 years was considered a franchise QB until their play proved otherwise, and you know it.

Guys like the Manning's, Roethlisberger, Rivers, etc proved it.

Guys like Carr, Akili Smith and Ryan leaf didn't.
