Perhaps you should read my other posts in this thread. If he doesn't meet the yardage requirements, the IP ban should be enforced. If he does, then doomy shouldn't be banned either, because the construction and enforcement of the bet would be Claythan-esque.
That said, the messages to the mods post banning are crossing the line. Dude probably dug his own grave with his reactions to losing a bet he hadn't completely lost yet.
